01 General Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before using the 17bdb website or application. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

17bdb reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the date at the top of the page will be updated and users will be notified by email where possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• 17bdb is for adults only — you must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accessing the platform from a region where online betting is prohibited is a violation of these terms.
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful — false details will result in account termination.
• 17bdb's logo, brand name, and content may not be used without prior permission.

02 Account Policy

To register with 17bdb, you must provide your full name, National ID number, mobile number, and date of birth. 17bdb may request supporting documents at any time to verify this information. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. 17bdb automatically detects duplicate accounts — if identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Sharing or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Funds belonging to another person may not be used in your account.
• To update your account details, please contact support.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

03 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 17bdb, make sure your wallet has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — the system processes it as final.

Odds for every sports event update in real time. The odds applicable at the moment your bet is submitted are final — they will not change regardless of any subsequent movement. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 17bdb reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳10 (may vary by game and market).
• Maximum bet limits are determined by market type and account tier.
• Bets may be suspended or voided if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Pre-match bets are automatically locked once the match kicks off.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

In live betting (in-play), odds change rapidly based on match conditions. Network delays may occasionally slow down bet processing — in such cases, the odds at the time of submission will apply.

04 Payment Terms

17bdb supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are usually instant. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours, though pending verification may extend this.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before you can withdraw. Withdrawals will be held until verification is done. Funds are generally returned via the same method used for the deposit.

• Minimum deposit: ৳ 100.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳ 500.
• 17bdb does not charge any withdrawal fees — however, fees from your bank or mobile banking provider may apply.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If money laundering is suspected, the transaction will be frozen and the relevant authorities will be notified.

05 Bonus Policy

17bdb periodically offers bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (WR) — meaning you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawing. For example, a WR of 10× means you need to place a total of ৳ 1,000 in bets for a ৳ 100 bonus.

• Bonus balance and cash balance are displayed separately.
• You generally cannot claim a new bonus while one is already active.
• Free bets are only valid on selected markets. Full details are outlined in the bonus terms and conditions.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus offers are time-limited — any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.

06 Responsible Gaming
